How To Stop Overthinking Everything

Today each of us has an issue of overthinking on any subject. It is also true said that Over Analysis creates Paralysis. Due to overthinking, thoughts run over the head which stuck and unable us to move forward. All have one question in mind how to stop overthinking and relax the mind in the thought process. Scientifically it is a fact that overthinking kill IQ level gradually. Most of us are going from this problem. At every moment and while taking any action there are a lot of thoughts going through in our mind since we always thinking for us or something or anything. 

Overthinking tendency can happen in a routine as well as significant matters and it somewhere adversely affect happiness. it is difficult to stay in peace for 10-15 minutes. Immediately mind start thinking something and over that other thoughts are also started to come. The expert estimate that around 60000 to 80000 thoughts came in mind over a day. Out of which 95% of thoughts are useless thoughts. Thinking things through is a good thing but overthinking can result in frustration, anxiety, exhaustion and even illness too. To stop overthinking and to be unstuck, the following tricks may help to stop overthinking. 

#Meditation

Meditation may help in focus on things as well as train mind to fight overthinking. Continue the practice of meditation, may help effectively to stop overthinking. with regular practice of meditation help by decreasing anxiety, increase happiness, relax the mind and increase the creativity.

#Writing

Writing may also help in reducing overthinking. It can be a powerful tool for getting a solution. write down the thoughts than shortlist the fruitful and found the solution. Engaged brain in writing and learning may also reduce anxiety. Writing can slow down the mind and structure the information going on in the head.

#Think Positive

Instead of thinking about what may go wrong, start to focus on the list of thing may go right by taking action. Obviously, focus on negative may also have the chance to lose possibility and opportunity. Give gratitude for the thing which make you happy. 

#Practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness is focusing all thoughts on present only. one can enjoy life without wasting time in overthinking. Once again, thinking thought is the great but overthinking result in depression, exhaustion, anxiety etc. 

#Stop Being Perfect

Many people have a tendency to be a perfectionist which create overthinking. they also try to catch the things which are contingent and non-existence by overthinking. Someone has truly said no one is perfect everyone is human and human can make mistake. sometimes, timely completion of work is more important than stuck the mind in overthinking by wasting time. Be confident about what you have taken a decision.    

#Accept the problem of overthinking and breath more

If you think overthinking grab your happiness and disturbing in taking right decision than accept it and work on it. the first easiest thing one can do is breathing more and long which will relax and connect one to present moments. 

#Listen to Music

Turn on your favourite music and listen. this may bring one to a happy time. But sad songs and music which remind worst moment, avoid it. Listen to some happy and uplifting music which make us busy and help in stopping overthinking.
